Visitor Regulations

Access to the museum areas of Palazzo Sciarra Colonna and Palazzo Cipolla is not permitted with:

  • bags and backpacks
  • food and drinks
  • animals of any size
  • strollers

Visitors are kindly requested to leave helmets, umbrellas, bags of any size, backpacks, and any sharp or blunt objects in the cloakroom before starting their visit.

Visitors may use their mobile phones provided that the ringtone is completely turned off and the device does not emit sounds that could disturb others.

Inside the museum rooms, visitors are asked to be careful not to get too close to the artworks and not to touch display cases, vitrines, or other exhibition elements.

These regulations apply to all visitors, both individuals and groups.

Accessibility

The exhibition spaces of the Museo del Corso – Museum Hub located at Palazzo Sciarra Colonna and Palazzo Cipolla are accessible to people with reduced or impaired motor or sensory abilities.

During public opening hours, the entrances of both Palazzi are constantly supervised by our reception staff, who are available to assist visitors with reduced or impaired motor or sensory abilities, in order to facilitate entry procedures to the exhibition.

  • Entrance Palazzo Sciarra Colonna: Via Marco Minghetti 22, 00187 – Rome
  • Entrance Palazzo Cipolla: Via del Corso 320, 00186 – Rome

The use of the lift is reserved, for safety and courtesy, for people with motor difficulties or disabilities and their companions.
