Guest

Serena Bortone is a journalist, presenter and writer.

A long-standing face of Rai, she has built her career in news and current affairs, working as an author, correspondent and presenter of successful programmes such as Agorà, Oggi è un altro giorno and Chesarà...

Her style is distinguished by its attention to personal stories, its portrayal of human fragility, its commitment to making culture accessible and its critical analysis of socio-political contexts.

Alongside her work in journalism, she pursues a literary career.
Following the reportage Io non lavoro. Storie di italiani improduttivi e felici (Neri Pozza, 2010), she made her debut in fiction with A te vicino così dolce (Rizzoli, 2024), followed by Le dirimpettaie (Rizzoli, 2026).

In her books she explores human bonds, the transformations of Italian society and the world of women with a sensitive, contemporary eye.

Live music

Born in 1999 and raised in a small village in the Agro Nocerino-Sarnese area, Chiaré now lives in Rome, where, having already graduated in jazz singing, she is completing a degree in double bass.
Her eclectic style takes shape by blending the distinctive sounds of the Neapolitan folk and pop tradition with jazz influences.

Chiaré made her debut in October 2023 at the 19th edition of the Premio Bianca d'Aponte with Zanzare, winning not only the competition but also the award for Best Composition.
On 16 April 2024 she released her debut album, Chiaré, on Four Flies Records, and that same year she won the 15th edition of the Musica Da Bere award.

In September 2025 she was awarded the silver plaque Richiamo alla Tradizione Partenopea as part of the Musicante Award – Premio Pino Daniele.
Her connection with the singer-songwriter is also marked by her appearance in Nero a metà, the documentary by Marco Spagnoli and Stefano Senardi dedicated to Pino Daniele.
Together with Antonio D'Agata and Giulio Scianatico, Chiaré accompanies the closing credits with Je sto vicino a te.

Her new album, Sei, was released in January 2026.
