Live music

August Sienna were formed in Siena in the summer of 2023, born from the meeting of Ava Alami, Chiara Chistè and Donatella Montinaro.

The trio weave together jazz and folk in a distinctive musical language, built on the interplay of three voices and on the individual musical experiences of its members.
Vocal harmonies lie at the heart of a repertoire that alternates original compositions and arrangements, with guitar and keyboard shaping a shared sound.

August Sienna are currently recording their first album of original songs, Heartroom, in collaboration with producer Ruggero Fornari.
The project tells the story of a collective exploration, rooted in listening and in the joy of singing together.
